    Orders

    Next Level Tuning has the right to refuse or cancel ANY order without notice. Cancellation of an order may include limitations on quantities of items, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or problems that are identified by our Credit and Fraud Prevention Department. Next Level Tuning may contact you to verify additional information before accepting an order. Make sure that you verify your contact information on the order as it must be valid to be accepted. If the contact information is fictitious or invalid we reserve the right to cancel an order. Next Level Tuning does not ship internationally at this time.
    All items require a 2-14 processing days before shipment is made. All orders on exhaust items require 7-14 days to process.

    Security

    Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation, accessing data not intended for such user or logging onto a server or an account which the user is not authorized to access; attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, flooding, spamming, or crashing; forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

    Returns

    Next Level Tuning only accepts returns within 15 days from the time the order was delivered. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All parts must be returned in new condition in the original packaging that the products were shipped in, including any identifying stickers, manuals or manufacturer information. If the item was shipped in a sealed container, that item must be returned in that same sealed container without evidence of tampering. Next Level Tuning will inspect all returned items, and may deny a return based on our inspection of the product. Next Level Tuning does not accept returns on special order. Any products that are returned due to vehicle application errors, shipping errors, product warranty and/or damage claims will be considered on a case by case basis. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any item to Next Level Tuning. In the event that we provide parts that were different from what was ordered, Next Level Tuning is only responsible for shipping those items back to the address used on the original order. Customers are responsible for checking the product application guide prior to ordering any items to verify that the parts you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle.

    Missing Packages

    If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us right away so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier you have originally selected. Replacement parts will not be sent until the shipping carrier terminates the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped. UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country’s time requirement that has been set forth. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of Next Level Tuning.

    What information do we collect?

    We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

    When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

    What do we use your information for?

    Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

    To personalize your experience; your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.

    To improve customer service; your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

    Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

    Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

    We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

    California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

    Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

    Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

    We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
